Launch of the Teddip’Europe Project

The TEDDIP’Europe project was launched in January 2016. 4 countries are participating in this project: France, Spain, Italy and the Czech Republic.

A project launched by the Joseph Sauvy/IME Al Casal Association to improve the quality of the support of TED and DIP children in an European dimension

  • By expanding experiences among pedagogical teams at a EU level
  • By developing educational tools to educate – raise awareness – communicate – value

This « Erasmus+ strategic partnership  » will take place from January 2016 to January 2018. With a total budget of 260 000 euros, it is the most important French project financed by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Youth program in 2015. The collaborative project will enable hundreds of educators and young people to participate directly to this process in France, Spain, Italy and the Czech Republic.

Teddip Europe

This European approach aims to implement educational training tools for specialized educators who take care of our young TEDDIP.

During a period of 2 years, exchange programs of specialized educators and young TEDDIP will be organized in France – Italy – Spain and the Czech Republic.

These exchanges will allow all involved partners

  • to participate actively in best practice activities
  • to implement new methods of supervision and training of the young TEDDIP
  • to create educational tools illustrated with pictures and videos
  • to improve the integration of young TEDDIP in our society

The TEDDIP’Europe logo was selected by all the partners as a result of a competition organized within the IME Al Casal et les Aigües, The Graphic Arts School IDEM has graciously agreed to the designer.
